This guitar was a recent collaboration between Matt Artinger and master motorcycle painter Justin Barnes of JB Grafix (American Chopper painter responsible for the paintwork and leafing on the OCC Firebike, Jetbike, Comanche Bike, Lance Armstrong Bike, Snap-on Bike, and many others). The construction of this chambered solid is all mahogany and features a 25" scale ebony board, dual carbon fiber neck reinforcement, 2 Seymour Duncan p-90's, master vol and tone with individual on/off pickup switches, Schroeder wraparound tail, and gotoh open geared tuners. The paint job is a flat black undercoat, with variegated gold leaf, impeccable red and white hand-pinstriping, and airbrushed shadow detailing that covers the front and rear of the guitar, along with the rear of the neck. The detailing was topped off by Matt with an open 'grille' truss rod cover and backplate, and 12 gauge shotgun knobs!!
