The Collins GTA electric guitar features a chambered, single piece Honduras mahogany flat top body combined with a carefully hand-set mortise and tenon neck joint for superior tone and sustain. Hand-crafted with the finest cocobolo, ebony, quilted maple or English walnut, the GTA is built for tone and playability.
The GTA also features a single Black Dog pickup pickup for that extra push when driven (it splits off the volume push-push pot) and a Jensen capacitor for superb tone control. The GTA can be fitted with a Bigsby or with Collings' string-through body design.
"This is a really beautiful guitar in every aspect. Build quality is amazing, exceptional fretwork, finishing & woodwork. Tonally the GTA is every bit as good as it looks. A superb instrument that deserves a lot more recognition in the boutique guitar world." - Tom Quayle, iGuitar Magazine
