The BRBS 100 Deluxe 3+ was created to satisfy the requests of the most demanding musicians, who do not want to give up the boutique quality and sound of the 100 Deluxe, the pinnacle of BRBS tube technology, an uncompromising vision of Rock sound!
BRBS has thus created a 3 MIDI channel amp enriched by numerous features:
- Separate Voice controls on Clean channel and Overdrive channels, for classic to modern tones
- Gain boost can be activated on Overdrive channels
- Solo Boost can be activated globally on all channels, to raise the volume during solos
- Bright switch with 3-position on the Clean channel
- Integrated Reactive Load with DI output with switchable analog cabinet emulation
- Dedicated 5-button intelligent footswitch
The CLEAN channel starts from a typically British clean for an extremely balanced sound suitable for various tones, to arrive at that classic crunch sound that every musician desires, warm but with touch-responsiveness.
The CRUNCH channel represents the rock sound par excellence that you have always heard on records and that you have never found in any amplifier: super dynamic, warm or aggressive depending on the guitarist's touch, an unmistakable tone for an unprecedented experience.
The LEAD channel achieves High Gain perfection, for solos without compromise.
The POWER AMPLIFIER is entrusted to a quartet of EL34s and enriched by Presence, Depth and Feedback controls, for complete control over high and low frequencies and over the interaction between the power amplifier and the speaker (the depth and feedback controls are quite interactive, the lower the feedback control, the more the effect of the depth control increases).
The integrated REACTIVE LOAD allows the use of the head even without using a speaker.
The transformer-isolated XLR DI output allows direct connection to the sound system or sound card/DAW thanks to the totally analog cabinet emulation, which can be deactivated when using external IR loaders.
The remote Channel switch, Gain boost and Solo boost can be done via MIDI and also via a dedicated intelligent footswitch.
