By contacting us you can easily gain guidance in purchasing your dream guitar or amp, and access a wealth of knowledge and a direct line into the boutique production process. Also, joining the DAG mailing list through the link at the bottom of our website is crucial since that will provide you with first tier notification of instrument availability.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
DestroyAllGuitars accepts payment via most major credit cards and also accepts payment via PayPal and wire transfers. Wire transfers are subject to a $20.00 service fee. Any service fees are non-refundable. Our PayPal account is firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are interested in 0% financing please select financing during our checkout process.
Please note that if using a credit card to pay through PayPal rather than through our normal credit card processing system we will ship to an address that is different from your billing address ONLY if that address is added as a confirmed shipping address to your credit card. For pre-existing PayPal account holders paying using their PayPal balance or bank withdrawals, we can only ship to the verified address listed on the PayPal account of the payee.
If you are making multiple payments on an order, such as a deposit and then final payment, we request that you use same payment method for each payment. If you have to use a different method for a subsequent payment, the name and the billing information on that payment method must be the same as on the previous payment method used.
In order to comply with CITES regulations our website will accept purchases for shipment to the United States only. If you are outside the US and wish to purchase an item from us call and we will see if we can arrange it. For international orders payment is by PayPal or wire transfer only. Buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes and duty.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact Destroy All Guitars within 3 days of receiving the item and we will issue you a return authorization number. The item must then be sent out to us within 7 days of when it was delivered to you. The item must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. We will thoroughly inspect the item for refund/exchange eligibility.
We strive to process all refunds within 48 hours of the time the returned item is received at our location. Credit card refunds typically take 2-4 business days to post to your account, but could vary based upon your bank's processing times. Your refund will be processed minus our 10% restocking fee and minus any shipping charges. If you decide to purchase another item from us after initiating a return we will waive the restocking fee on the returned item. To be eligible we request that you purchase another item from us before we finalize the processing of your return.
All sales are final on custom commissions and all custom commission deposits are non-refundable. All sales on imported products are final. This applies to sales that are shipped directly to you from outside the US. All items sold as "DISCOUNTED," "ON SALE" or "SUPER SALE" are final sales without the possibility of returns.
Shipping costs are generally not included in the item prices listed and are calculated via a combination of the weight and dimensions of the boxed item, as well as the destination to which the purchased item is going. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs and all duties and taxes. Shipments from Destroy All Guitars are always fully insured at no cost to you. Since we purchase most of the shipping insurance through a private carrier rather than through a shipping service we are able to pass the savings on to you while offering a 100% fully and reliably insured shipment.
We ship most orders out the SAME DAY after payment has been received. We provide multiple shipping options to you but recommend that guitars be shipped via 3 day service and amps via ground service. We have chosen these shipping methods carefully to insure a good balance between cost and safety (we don't feel ground shipping is safe enough for guitars and amps get too expensive when shipped via methods other than ground).
We inspect every guitar and amp and pack every item with extreme care. We've been doing this a long time and know what it takes to keep an instrument or amplifier protected during transit. We know how important it is that you receive your package in perfect condition.
NOTE: It is DAG's strict policy to sell at the manufacturer's minimum allowed price with no hidden costs anywhere. All price quotes are direct from the builder so you get the benefit of DAG's experience and help at no extra cost to you.
