This hand-built Doubleday Starling guitar was made from a one piece lightweight swamp ash body. It features a satin Stone Grey nitrocellulose finish. Complete with HSS pickup configuration and a parchment/black/parchment pickguard. All hardware is nickel, including a Wilkinson vintage style tremolo, and ToneLoc locking tuners. The pickups are hand wound and carefully wired with a vintage style cloth pushback wire. The pickups output specs are: Neck - 5.43k A5, Middle - 5.72k A5, Bridge - 7.02k A5 un-potted. The neck is quarter sawn hard maple with a Madagascar rosewood fretboard with clay dot inlays, polished off with a tinted thin nitro gloss finish. 12” fretboard radius with modern stainless steel fret-wire, V shape neck carve. 7 lbs 0 oz.
