Where the Fat Jimmy Avionic has very strong blackface roots, the Jimmy James borrows more from the Brownface realm. It is more responsive and touch sensitive, and really allows the character and sound of the guitar and player to come through. One of Steve Kimock’s favorites, with volume, treble, bass, presence, Jimmy control and bright switch. The combo version is a similar size to the Fat Jimmy Avionic.
