
This hand-built Doubleday Starling guitar was made from a lightweight ponderosa pine body. It features a gloss black, pearl, and gold swirl nitrocellulose finish. Complete with single humbucker pickup configuration, Floyd Rose bridge, and no pickguard. The tuners are True Tone locking tuners. The pickup is hand wound and carefully wired with a vintage style cloth pushback wire. It has an Alnico 8 magnet and is wound extra hot. The neck is a gorgeous Cuban mahogany with a ebony fretboard with no inlays, polished off with a thin nitro gloss finish. 12” fretboard radius with modern size fret-wire, C shape neck carve. 8 lbs 0 oz.
