Collection: Strange Audio Electronics

Josh Strange of Strange Audio Electronics has a long history with music and musical gear. Being a life-long musician, experienced recording engineer, and a repair tech with a focus on vintage tube amp repair, he's had over two decades of hands-on experience inside and out of musical equipment. With that experience, he began making his own unique guitar amplifier designs, nodding to classic circuits, but expanding designs in creative and inspiring ways, both sonically and visually. Combining select components and meticulous hand-wired construction, with custom cabinetry and finishes that stand out from the crowd, Strange Audio's amps are meant to be seen and heard, on stage or in the studio. 

Josh aims for what he loves in amps: full bold cleans, smooth touch-sensitive edge-of-breakup, and blooming power-tube saturated tones, achievable with minimal controls, plugged straight in or with effect pedals. All wrapped in stand-out colorful tolexes and pattern printed grill cloths.
