The Manlay Sound Octavi is a clone of the Octavia, the octave up fuzz made famous by Jimi Hendrix.
While different units Jimi used may have had multiple names, one of the several built by Roger Mayer around 1969 was reverse-engineered by Tychobrahe in the early 70s and sold as Octavia. Dunlop reissued it as Octavio, and it's possible that Hendrix used to call it that.
Manlay Sound calles their model "Octavi" which is a Catalan given name and they have designed the shape of the box as a clone of Hendrix' pedal, but scaled down in size. Same looks as Hendrix original pedal, and same letters as the Band Of Gypsys album - very cool.
It's PCB as opposed to point to point, so the pricing is kind, but it has an expensive transformer inside.
